House Of Luxe offers a full refund for returns of purchased items that are requested within 3 days of purchase, provided purchased items are in saleable condition with no damage or signs of wear. Items must be shipped by the customer at their own cost to our fulfillment center. To initiate a refund request within 3 days of your purchase, please contact us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email so that we can arrange for you to send us your item.

 

Purchased items can also be accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition. House Of Luxe offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return for store credit or exchange. A shipping label will be provided once the exchange is confirmed.

Every House Of Luxe order is handled with the highest level of security and care. We provide complimentary FedEx Standard Shipping on all orders over $50, with an estimated delivery window of 3–5 business days. For those requiring a more immediate arrival, we offer Priority Overnight Shipping for a flat fee of $75.

 

To ensure the safety of your purchase, all shipments are fully insured and strictly require an adult signature upon delivery. Please note that for security purposes, our couriers are unable to leave packages unattended.
